Elastomer Bonded Liner Plates

For faster installation in chutes, hoppers, bins, skips, etc., larger Elastomer Bonded Wear Plates are available. Regular, irregular and slightly curved shapes can be produced.

 

The backing plate is one piece mild or high strength steel. Multiple cast Domite® plates may be bonded to a single, large, mild steel backing plate using elastomer bonding methods. - (Place cursor over photos for details.)

Although not as resistant to heavy impact as brazed Domite® this allows the manufacture of larger and, with the help of our technical group, in some cases slightly curved Domite® Laminated Wear Plates.
